Work Conditioning & Work Hardening

When appropriate, work conditioning, work hardening, Functional Capacity Evaluations, and Permanent Partial Impairment tests may be requested by the Physician, employer, or insurance carrier in an effort to return the injured worker to his or her former position and minimize immediate re-injury.

WPT provides a coordinated multi-disciplinary team of rehab professionals to plan and supervise patient progress from work conditioning through job specific work hardening.				These tests include improved vocational exploration and employability as well as job simulation and specificity of training.
